Qualifications

• Experience working in the AEC industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, or content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the firm's social media platforms and content calendar.
• Create and update marketing materials, project sheets, presentations, and website content.
• Support proposal and qualification package preparation.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, project information, and digital files.
• Coordinate marketing activities, events, and client communications.
• Track marketing metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and leadership teams.
• Assist with branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Coordinate printing, promotional materials, and vendor relationships.
• Help improve and maintain marketing systems, processes, and workflows.
