Key Sub Tasks/pulliLearn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls./liliStrategically dispatch the right technician to the right job, leveraging a data-driven approach./liliProactively communicate with customers to manage expectations and provide appointment updates./liliEnsure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field./liliRecord and report the service calls./liliParticipate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional./liliUpdate customers throughout the day on the technicians progress./li/ulh3Responsibilities/h3ulliManage and adjust daily schedules for all field technicians to maximize efficiency and productivity./liliProactively communicate with clients to notify them of any delays, and reschedule appointments as necessary./liliMonitor the location and status of all plumbers to ensure they arrive at their designated appointments on time./liliCollaborate closely with the Customer Experience Manager to continuously refine and improve dispatching strategy./liliProvide ongoing support to plumbers in the field, helping them with scheduling issues./liliUtilize dispatching software and other computer programs to ensure all job details and customer records are accurate./liliProfessionally engage with clients to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns./liliPrioritize urgent service requests to ensure immediate customer and company needs are met./liliComplete all assigned administrative tasks in a timely and accurate fashion./li/ulh3Competencies for Success/h3ulli3+ years of experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a service-based industry./liliStrong geographical knowledge of Arlington Heights and surrounding areas./liliExceptional attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions./liliAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressure./liliProficiency with computer software, including dispatching systems, mapping tools, and standard office applications./liliHighly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities./liliA team-player mindset that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment./liliHighly motivated, flexible, and great attitude./liliMilitary-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply./li/ulpIf you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount.
