2nd Shift Machine Operator

Production Associate Opportunity

Nesco Resource is hiring for a great temp-to-perm opportunity. We are seeking a detailed oriented production associate to join our Greenville team. This position supports manufacturing by producing materials in a fast past environment. You will rotate through day and train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks before transitioning to 2nd.

Responsibilities

• Operates and produces machinery and equipment according to company standards.
• Machine operation set up and changeovers
• Ability to read and follow work orders, and production schedules
• Quality inspection and the ability to use of measuring tools calipers and gauges.
• Material handling and inventory control
• Palletizing, packing and labeling
• Ability to identify defects and report any discrepancies to supervisor
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify leadership of equipment issues
• Complete production and quality documentation

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast past environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods at a time
• Willingness to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks.
