Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions

Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes

Job Duties

• Assist the Foam Cutter Machine Operator with daily production activities
• Learn to size, shape, and cut foam blocks and sheets to specifications
• Support machine setup, operation, and material handling
• Load and unload foam materials for processing
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Train to become a Foam Cutter Machine Operator upon successful completion of the onboarding and training period

Physical Capabilities

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift. Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks.
