Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students experiencing speech and language challenges
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy sessions focused on speech and language development
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team-including educators, therapists, and support staff-to ensure integrated care
• Involve and educate families to enhance student participation and generalization of therapy strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-direct while working effectively as part of a larger team
• Compliance with all state and national guidelines for school-based SLPs
