Immigration Paralegal

Overview We are recruiting a bilingual immigration paralegal to assist our legal team in preparing legal documents, filing motions, coordinating office activities, and conducting legal research. Applicants should be experienced in immigration law, highly organized, and professional with great attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare legal documents and motions for immigration cases Coordinate law office activities and schedules Conduct legal research under attorney supervision Communicate with clients and staff effectively; work cooperatively with others Take direction and also work independently Assist with removal-related matters (bond, asylum, cancellation of removal, etc.) Assist with deportation matters, asylum cases, employment-based visas, family-based cases, SIJ, and related matters Qualifications Experience in immigration law Bilingual in Spanish and English Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication with clients and staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
