We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, and passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify talent. Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across targeted verticals. Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess technical skills, experience, career goals, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate closing activities. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development professionals to understand client hiring needs and priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sales experience. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
