Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Basic Qualifications• Production or manufacturing experience.• Previous supervisory experience or experienceleading others.• Flight Line experience.Desired Skills• Appropriate degree from an accredited college,or equivalent experience/combined education.• Working knowledge of Lockheed MartinAeronautics systems.• Ability to maintain adherence to all establishedprocedures and successfully pass all audits.• Attributes of a strong leader and effectivecommunicator.• Positive attitude and good temperament.• Highly motivated and willing to drive change.• Requires minimal oversight. • Willing to work significant overtime on any shiftwhich may include rotating assignments onweekends.• Strong computer and organizational skills.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
