Duties Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, agreements, and discovery. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings. Work closely with clients and team members to develop case strategies and provide guidance. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality service and smooth case flow. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Maryland. Demonstrated interest in family law (clinic work, internships, coursework, or prior experience welcomed). Strong writing, communication, and advocacy skills. A resilient, motivated, and client-centered approach to legal work. Ability to learn quickly, take feedback well, and manage responsibilities with professionalism.
