Production CoordinatorThe SAP Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of SAP systems in managing production processes. The role requires an understanding of reconciliation, production processes, SAP functionalities, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration across teams.Night Shift - 5 pm to 5 AMResponsibilitiesThis position operates on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.Workdays are subject to change based on business needs and team coverage requirements.Production Systems & SAP ReconciliationProvide ongoing SAP support to plant team, Own SAP reconciliation for startup runs and end-of-run transactions, SAP Cost of Goods (CoG) errors and variancesEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant production postings that protect financial integrity and reporting accuracyInvestigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with operations, supply chain, and finance partnersRaw Materials Validation & DocumentationPerform data entry and system updates as required to support uninterrupted operationsProduction Execution SupportOwn and execute PTS push activities to ensure accurate production and material consumption reportingServe as a key support function during off-shifts, ensuring continuity of production system executionWorkforce Administration & SchedulingOwn production team member scheduling activities within elevated team member environmentsManage and maintain, Attendance tracking, Payroll inputs and validation, PARs (Personnel Action Requests)Support staffing coordination to ensure adequate coverage and alignment to production plansAct as the primary point of accountability for labor administration accuracy and timelinessOperational Enablement & PartnershipEnable elevated team members by removing administrative and system barriers to executionPartner cross-functionally with Plant Leadership, planning, and maintenance teams to resolve production, system, and labor issuesIdentify gaps, risks, or recurring issues and proactively recommend improvements to processes and ways of workingCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
