Auto Shop Foreman / Team Leader

WATERLOO TRANSMISSION & TOTAL CAR CARE

Job Description

We are seeking an organized, hands-on Team leader to help maintain strong shop efficiency, support technicians, coordinate workflow, and ensure quality repairs from diagnosis through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections and diagnostic checks.
Assign and stage work to support shop productivity.
Update service software with accurate findings and repair information.
Communicate with customers regarding needed parts or additional repairs.
Order required parts and help maintain parts margin goals.
Preform quality control inspection before vehicle delivery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Report accidents, damage, or equipment issues promptly.
Participate in training and help improve team productivity
