As a Resident Assistant (RA) with Crosstown Square you will be responsible for:

• Build meaningful relationships with the residents you support.
• Provide services to residents including meal reminders, activity reminders and other services such as laundry as needed
• Escort residents to personal appointments at hospital and Larson Center
• Perform housekeeping assistance
• Maintain an environment of belonging, community and safety in their home at Crosstown Square

Current Openings:

• Part-Time ( Shifts are generally 6:30am to 3pm and 2:45pm to 9pm with some flexibility.)
  • Appx. 18 hrs. per two week pay period including both shifts plus holiday rotation and opportunities to cover shifts for other team members 

Shift Differential Incentives: 

• Evening Shift: Additional 
• Weekend Shift: Additional 

Required:

1+ years of previous senior caregiving experience

Preferred:

CNA preferred, but not required
