Made of Muscle Training® is a portable and in-person fitness coaching company dedicated to helping clients build strength, lose weight, improve confidence, and create sustainable healthy habits.
We bring customized training directly to clients through private coaching, small-group training, sports performance sessions, corporate wellness programs, and community-based fitness experiences throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality coaching that is flexible, results-driven, and relationship-focused — while building a culture centered on accountability, consistency, leadership, and personal growth.
Role Description
Made of Muscle Training® is seeking passionate, professional, and motivated Certified Personal Trainers to join our growing team in the Lehigh Valley.
This is an on-site/portable training role based in the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton region. Trainers will work directly with individuals and small groups at client-selected locations including homes, parks, apartment gyms, workplaces, and community spaces.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting fitness assessments and consultations
• Designing safe, effective, and personalized workout programs
• Leading one-on-one and small-group training sessions
• Demonstrating proper exercise technique and progression
• Supporting client accountability, motivation, and long-term success
• Educating clients on foundational health, fitness, and lifestyle habits
• Assisting with group events, corporate wellness programs, and community fitness initiatives
• Maintaining professionalism, communication, scheduling, and session documentation
Qualifications
• Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with personal training, small-group training, circuit training, or sports performance
• Ability to work with clients of varying fitness levels and backgrounds
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout the Lehigh Valley
• Ability to safely demonstrate exercises and transport portable fitness equipment
• Positive attitude, professionalism, energy, and a growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in portable, in-home, or outdoor training environments
• Experience with corporate wellness or sports team training
• Strong leadership and client retention skills
• Passion for helping people create long-term lifestyle change
