What We're Looking For We hire people with hustle, ownership, and a willingness to learn. Preferred qualifications include: Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or high volume service experience is preferred but not required Ability to work at least 30 hours each week Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast paced, physically demanding environment Strong communication skills and a team first mindset Professional appearance that meets company grooming and uniform standards Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence Before You Apply When considering a new opportunity, the most important question isn't "Can I do this?"
