What We Offer Competitive compensation Comfortable, furnished offices Credentialing with major insurance carriers Malpractice coverage Access to Continuing Education CEU Library Clinical support and collaboration Clinical supervision for eligible LPC/LMFT/LCSW residents or supervisees at no cost Responsibilities include: Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;) What You'll Need Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field Virginia clinical license or eligible provisional/resident/supervisee status, as applicable Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents ages Comfort working with diverse children, adolescents, and families And most importantly… If you're looking for a place where you can do meaningful clinical work, build a specialty, connect with children and families, grow professionally, and still bring your personality into the therapy room, we'd love to meet you.
