Customer Service Field Specialist - Medical Equipment

Job Responsibilities Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the west-Phoenix Metro area Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance Start each day at the Surprise service center, load the route, and travel locally to healthcare facilities Deliver and set up equipment, answer questions, and ensure hospital teams' needs are met Requirements 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Must have a clean driving record Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Phoenix environment Schedule based on customer demand; may include some nights and weekends Ability to travel, including one week of training in San Antonio, TX Ability to travel by commercial air for business needs Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in delivering and setting up medical equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
