Key Responsibilities Conducts initial patient assessments and develops treatment plans. Implements therapy interventions based on assessments and written plans. Monitors patient progress through observation and documentation. Provides education tailored to patient-specific rehabilitation needs. Identifies opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Tennessee. Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, colleagues, and external professionals. Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and exercise judgment. Physical ability to perform duties, including standing, lifting, and patient contact. Additional Information No prior work experience preferred. May provide guidance to therapy assistants.
