Commercial Property Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager in South Brisbane. You will be joining a supportive fun team environment offering flexible working conditions, WFH options and flexible working hours. The salary is negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of properties
Liaising with tenants, contractors, owners, and their legal representatives
Co-ordinating maintenance and repairs
Lease administration, including but not limited to:
Option Notifications
Lease renewals
Rent Increases
Tenancy Commencements / Vacates
Managing rental & outgoing arrears
Co-ordinating the issuance of default notices
Outgoing Reconciliations / Adjustments
Essential safety measure management
Service contract management

Successful Candidate:

Commercial Property Management experience (Open to more junior candidate as training can be provided)
