Controller – Multi-Unit Restaurant Group

Los Angeles, CA | $120,000–$140,000 + Benefits

A growing, multi-unit restaurant and hospitality group based in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across the organization.

This is a key leadership position for a hands-on finance professional who understands the pace and complexity of a multi-location restaurant business and can bring strong financial controls, reporting, and operational insight to the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or multi-unit experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience overseeing month-end and year-end close
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, labor, COGS, and operating expenses
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger
• Ability to improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• CPA is a plus
  

Compensation

• $120,000–$140,000 base salary
