Lead Our Nursing Team

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to provide leadership and oversight on one of our skilled nursing units.

The Nurse Supervisor will help lead the nursing team, support quality resident care, and ensure the unit operates efficiently and effectively. Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on an assigned skilled nursing unit

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care

• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care

• Provide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other members of the care team

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure changes are communicated appropriately

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate unit coverage

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Support compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Help maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment

• Address resident and staff concerns promptly and appropriately

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN or LPN license required

• Valid CPR certification

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Weekend Nurse Supervisor position

• Weekend shifts
