Location: Greensboro, NC (in-center) Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No nights or weekends! WFH options available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
