Assembler Position

Our client, a leader in the Light Industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Abbott Park, IL

Pay Range: $22.50

Shift: 2nd shift, with training on 1st shift, hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble components accurately according to specifications and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues or concerns promptly

What's Needed?

• Ability to work on the 2nd shift with flexibility for training on 1st shift
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required
