Business Operations Associate

The Business Operations Associate is an early-career position designed to develop broad knowledge of customers, manufacturing operations, and business processes while supporting the Program Management function.

The position works across multiple areas of the organization to support customer requirements, coordinate internal activities, solve problems, and help ensure commitments are successfully executed. The role provides exposure to manufacturing operations, material flow, quoting, order management, customer communication, and cross-functional business processes.

The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who demonstrates strong problem-solving ability, initiative, ownership, and a desire to learn and achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Program Management with customer requirements, order management, reporting, and follow-up.
• Coordinate activities and requirements across multiple functional areas of the business.
• Support customer communication, account reviews, and operational reporting.
• Monitor commitments, identify risks, and assist with driving issues through resolution.
• Analyze business and operational problems and support the development of solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and business information within company systems.
• Support manufacturing, material, quoting, and other business activities as assigned.
• Take increasing ownership of responsibilities as knowledge and capabilities develop.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

Recent and soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous internship, customer service, leadership, operations, project, or business experience is beneficial but not required.

Manufacturing or electronics industry experience is beneficial but not required.
