This role will support both our Assistive Technology (AT) product line and Accessibility Services practice. As a BDR, you will be on the front line of our go-to-market efforts: driving pipeline, engaging prospects, and introducing them to the solutions that make a difference for individuals and organizations worldwide. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the sales team.Build relationships with key decision-makers across higher education, government, healthcare, enterprise, and nonprofit sectors.Partner closely with Account Executives and Services teams to align on territory strategy and messaging.Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM.Represent Vispero's AT and Services portfolio with professionalism, empathy, and consultative curiosity.What We're Looking For1+ years in sales, customer service, or outreach-driven roles (SDR/BDR experience a plus, but not required).Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Comfortable with high daily outreach volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches).Curious, self-driven, and adaptable — able to learn new products and industries quickly.Interest in technology, accessibility, or making a direct impact in the lives of people with disabilities.What We OfferClear career path toward Account Executive or other growth roles within Vispero.Training on consultative selling, accessibility compliance, and assistive technology.Competitive base salary + commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to make a measurable difference in accessibility and inclusion worldwide.The typical base salary range for a Business Development Representative is $60,000 to $65,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on performance.
