Job Title Registered Nurse – Telemetry Location Rocky Mount, NC | Telemetry Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit with continuous cardiac monitoring Float between the Med Surg Telemetry Unit (MTSU), Cardio-Pulmonary Step-Down Unit (CPSU), Special Progressive Care Unit, and Cardiac Observation Unit as needed Manage and administer cardiac drips and insulin drips Document patient care accurately using the Epic EMR system Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition in a step-down or progressive care environment Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of RN experience Telemetry experience required Cardiac drip and insulin drip experience required Epic EMR experience required ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS certifications required Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in a cardio-pulmonary step-down or progressive care setting Familiarity with cardiac observation protocols Why Join Us Opportunity to work across multiple specialized cardiac and telemetry units, broadening your clinical experience Consistent 12-hour night shift schedule providing predictable work-life balance Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775209.
