Location: Wilkes Barre, PA Summary Home Technology Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting, presenting products and services to homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners. They manage customer engagement, document sales agreements and proposals, and maintain continuous communication with management to meet set quotas and performance targets. What You’ll Do Sell Vector’s residential solutions and achieve sales orders, RMR and unit targets. Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, community involvement, creating community partners, and engaging existing customers. Actively work assigned leads, document the status, and maintain a high closing percentage. Maintain in-depth product knowledge through ongoing training and required certifications. Educate customers about Vector Security products and services. Uphold relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and meet their needs throughout the customer lifecycle. Identify ways to market products to new consumers, including new target market segments and opportunities. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree - preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent - required. Prospecting Skills: Build new relationships and generate new business for residential sales. Sales & Customer Service Experience - preferred. Interact with potential customers and demonstrate the value of Vector’s products. Demonstrated success in previous sales positions. Closing Skills: Close sales at a rate acceptable to management and meet performance levels. Overcome objections and have strong negotiation skills. Valid Driver’s License.
