Responsibilities

Meet with community members to discuss their financial goals and insurance needs.

Develop personalized protection plans that help clients prepare for their future.

Educate clients on how various insurance products can safeguard their families and assets.

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships through consistent, thoughtful check-ins.

Network within Lakeville and the surrounding areas to build a consistent pipeline of new client opportunities.

Provide ongoing service to help existing policyholders adjust their coverage as their life circumstances change.

Requirements

Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance licenses.

Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses (optional/secondary).

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.

Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.

A self-motivated approach to managing a daily schedule and meeting goals.

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
