Project Manager, Growth Enablement

The Project Manager, Growth Enablement supports the effectiveness and alignment of Fluence’s global “Growth” organization (sales and marketing) Driving structured execution across key initiatives, events, and team-wide communications and meetings Acts as a central operator—bringing organization, follow-through, and accountability to cross-functional efforts driven by the Growth organization Work closely with senior leaders and broader team members to ensure priorities are clearly tracked, progress is visible, and commitments are delivered Help Fluence achieve its ambitious sales and marketing goals Requirements 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, consulting, or similar roles Strong organizational and execution skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to track progress, manage stakeholders, and drive follow-through on initiatives Proactive, “go-getter” mindset with willingness to engage broadly across the organization Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leaders High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to create clear, structured, and executive-ready materials Experience in energy or hardware manufacturing industries is a plus, but not required Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
