Position Function: The Accounts Payable Clerk processes invoices and bills on time, approves online orders financial record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting for accounting departments. They also perform clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, emails, and filing paperwork. The Accounts Payable Clerk also serves as the point of contact for building secretaries and serves in a training role when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; preferred Associate's Degree Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping Superb time management skills and detail orientation Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information Strong mathematical skills Experience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable) Experience with accounting software and online platforms Starting Salary $21.00/hour - commensurate with experience Job Category Classified, 8 hrs/day (40 hrs/week), 250 workday calendar Benefits USD 232 offers an excellent benefits package!
