Senior Consultant - Healthcare Experience Management

Position Overview Senior Consultant – Strategic Consulting (Healthcare Transformation) – Remote (U.S. based), travel up to 50% nationally. Responsibilities Utilize Press Ganey and client data assets and resources to consult client stakeholders, respond to industry change, and seize improvement opportunities. Partner with health plans and medical groups to conduct data analysis, interpretation and process design—identify, recommend and solve business problems. Lead or support payer analytics analyses (authorization metrics, denial rates, observations, behavior assessments); summarize findings and provide recommendations. Train and engage patient‑experience teams on best practices and process improvement. Coordinate work efficiently, delegating and leveraging internal and client resources. Manage and deliver engagement scopes (timelines, deliverables, budget, outcomes). Prepare client deliverables including data analyses, assessments, quality reviews, training, and presentations. Build and manage successful client relationships, generating positive feedback on quality, value, innovation, delivery, and results. Serve as direct point of contact with clients, establishing credibility and building strategic relationships. Communicate effectively and influence various client audiences and management levels; present risks and recommendations. Plan, organize and prioritize project activities using work plans and project‑management tools. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in experience management (patient, member or brand experience) within health plans or provider organizations. Background in brand experience, member/patient acquisition and retention, driving experience improvement across business lines, Medicare Stars and NCQA frameworks, market research, insights or experience design. Proven track record of improving member/patient experience for plans, medical groups or other provider stakeholders. Past experience training and coaching member/patient‑facing teams. Demonstrated ability to drive performance‑improvement initiatives. Strong data‑analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, etc.). Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business administration, health policy, finance or clinical field. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $130,000–$175,000 (offers based on experience, education, and other factors). Eligible for discretionary bonus or commission tied to results.
