Occupational Hand Therapist

Currently, they offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus which you may find useful towards personal financial priorities like relocation expenses, down payments, etc. Responsibilities: Assess patients' strengths and weaknesses Develop creative treatment plans for individuals with injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases Provide excellent one-on-one care, spending up to 40 minutes with each patient Help patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability Encourage patients on their road to recovery Work with adult and adolescent hand therapy patient caseload Requirements: NYS Occupational Therapist License Strong work ethic and dedication to patient success Basic computer skills CPR and first aid certification Certified Hand Therapist preferred or level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT Salary and Benefits: $78,000 - $101,000 Starting Salary Medical & Dental (& Vision) Insurance HSA & FSA Life Insurance & ADD Short- and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Continuing Education Reimbursement 2 Paid Days for Continuing Education Medbridge Subscription 401K Retirement Plan * 3 Weeks Rolling Paid Time Off + Holidays Pay Range: $78,000 - $101,000 per year
