In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our care team, providing support and companionship to clients in a residential setting. Position : Caregiver Location : Adult Family Home (AFH) Shifts Available : Full-time and Part-time positions Compensation : $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Times : 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM What You’ll Do: Support Daily Activities : Plan and engage in leisure activities with clients to ensure enjoyable experiences, and accompany them to appointments or outings. Provide Compassionate Care : Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting. Household Assistance : Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Medication Support : Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborative Teamwork : Work as part of a 24/7 care team to support clients with their needs and well-being. Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required – paid training is provided. Driver’s License : For some positions, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Skills : Compassionate, reliable, and a great team player. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist clients as needed. Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ready to make a difference?
