PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
- Assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
- Passion for providing excellent resident care.
- Long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
