This individual will oversee a team of Account Managers. This role combines people leadership, carrier management, client relationship management, and operational oversight, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced service professional looking to step into a broader leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage and mentor a team of Account Managers.Establish service standards and workflows to ensure exceptional client experience.Assist with employee development, coaching, and performance management.Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.Participate in carrier meetings and strategic planning discussions.Negotiate and advocate for solutions on behalf of clients and the agency.Identify opportunities to enhance carrier partnerships and market access.Utilize Applied EPIC agency management system for account management and reporting.Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies.Partner with agency leadership on strategic initiatives and practice growth.Ideal Candidate Profile5+ years of retail brokerage experience.Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.Strong carrier relationship management experience.Background working within an independent insurance agency environment.Experience with Applied EPIC preferred.Active Property & Casualty license required.Selling PointsEstablished family-owned independent agency with strong reputation.Existing team already in place.Combination of leadership and client-facing responsibilities.Flexible compensation structure for top talent.Direct impact on agency growth and carrier relationships.For additional information contact:Cooper Allshouse, RecruiterThe Rogan Group, Inc.
