Community Marketing Greeter

Responsibilities Serve as a brand ambassador at Busch Gardens, connecting with guests and sharing information about the vacation club experience. Engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers to explain the vacation membership. Stand for extended periods indoors and outdoors while effectively promoting the club. Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude toward all guests and staff. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred). Minimum one year of customer service experience. Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality. Ability to handle rejection while remaining positive. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for hours at a time and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Capability to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.
