Responsibilities Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits. Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings. Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends. Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for 4–6 hours at a time, both indoors and outdoors. 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Successfully complete a pre‑employment drug test as a condition of employment.
