Workforce Coordinator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Workforce Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating employee schedules, supporting workforce planning, maintaining staffing records, communicating with internal teams, and assisting with daily workforce operations in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee schedules and staffing assignments
• Maintain workforce records and staffing databases
• Monitor attendance and scheduling updates
• Assist with workforce planning and resource allocation
• Communicate schedule changes with employees and supervisors
• Support onboarding coordination for new team members
• Generate workforce reports and operational summaries
• Track staffing requirements and workforce availability
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams on workforce needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidential employee records
• Support daily workforce operations and administrative projects
• Perform additional workforce coordination and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, workforce coordination, scheduling, customer service, or related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling or workforce management systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
