Concierge Associate – Job Overview This role is the face of the workplace, delivering a warm, polished and personalized experience for guests, clients, and colleagues. You set the tone from the moment someone enters the building, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, thoughtful, and memorable. Responsibilities Welcome guests and employees with a professional, friendly, and engaging approach Manage visitor registration, check‑ins, and meeting coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for front‑of‑office needs Deliver personalized service by anticipating needs and accommodating special requests Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas Conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are fully stocked and presentable Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Support meeting room bookings, workplace requests, and guest services Utilize workplace technology to manage requests efficiently Track guest preferences and create thoughtful, memorable interactions Continuously look for ways to elevate the overall workplace experience What You Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Confidence working independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client‑facing roles preferred Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills Professional presence with a service‑driven mindset Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move items up to 40–60 lbs.
