Role Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct resident care in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities Support unit leadership administer treatments and medications monitor resident responses communicate with care team and oversee CNA activities. Use nursing skills to prioritize and deliver safe, quality care, and update care plans based on findings. Qualifications Graduate of an approved nursing program valid LPN license in good standing committed to compassionate and clinically sound care. Must have excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills, and work well under pressure. COVID-19 vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory.
