Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice Use nursing processes, judgment, and skills to prioritize and deliver quality resident care Administer standard treatments and medications, observe resident responses Communicate and collaborate with care team members to update care plans and share pertinent findings Monitor and document vital signs, treatments, and resident responses Oversee and evaluate the delivery of care by CNAs, considering their competencies Responsibilities Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice Use nursing processes, judgment, and skills to prioritize and deliver quality resident care Administer standard treatments and medications, observe resident responses Communicate and collaborate with care team members to update care plans and share pertinent findings Monitor and document vital signs, treatments, and resident responses Oversee and evaluate the delivery of care by CNAs, considering their competencies Qualifications Graduate of an approved nursing school Current, in-good-standing LPN license in New York Dedicated to providing compassionate, clinically sound care Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with staff COVID-19 vaccination encouraged but not mandatory Key Duties: Support resident health and recovery in a rehabilitation-focused facility, collaborate with team members, and ensure quality, safety, and compassionate care delivery in a homelike environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Seacrest Behavioral Health
