Charge Nurse - Neonatal/Pediatric Transport - Nights

Position Description The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in caring for a neonatal/pediatric patient population and utilizes effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for the nursing team, developing team members and sharing organizational information. Serves as preceptor and charge nurse, ensuring patient care quality and staff development.
