Facilities Maintenance Tech Requirements:

Prior building/facility maintenance experience in electrical, welding, painting, plumbing, and/or carpentry is required. Prior facilities maintenance experience in air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC, and/or DI water Systems is preferred. High school diploma or GED is required; additional relevant education/certifications are preferred. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday, 5:30pm-5:30am. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. regularly throughout each shift.

What's a Typical Day as a Facilities Maintenance Tech?

You'll be responsible for repair, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of manufacturing and warehouse facilities. Perform electrical, welding, painting, plumbing, and/or carpentry repairs. Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine if maintenance work is required. Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented. May perform or assist in the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment. May perform or assist in the repair and maintenance of support equipment that includes but is not limited to, air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC, and DI water Systems.
