Business Development Director

Virtual Vocations Inc

Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive partner strategy, the full-time Business Development Director will build and scale a vibrant partner ecosystem focused on accelerating AI adoption and revenue growth in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Build strategic platform and product partnerships with complementary AI/ML companies to drive technical integrations and expand distribution Track partner contributions to customer acquisition and product usage to meet partnership revenue and growth targets Analyze the AI/ML ecosystem to identify priority partners and emerging opportunities while maintaining expertise in AI infrastructure trends Required Qualifications: 8+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with 3-5 years in a leadership role Experience managing strategic partnerships with leading technology providers, including developing technical integrations Proven track record scaling consumption-based partnership models with measurable impact on product adoption and revenue Strong commercial and legal acumen with experience negotiating complex agreements involving data governance and technical integrations Technical background or deep fluency with API platforms and cloud infrastructure, able to engage with engineering teams
