Retail Pharmacy Technician in Garland, TX

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Pharmacy Technician position is available in Plano, TX, starting November 23rd. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable weekday work routine. The role is based in a closed-door pharmacy setting that is separate from, but contracted with, a clinic. The pharmacy specializes in dispensing behavioral health medications and operates without vaccine administration duties.

Responsibilities include managing a script count of 350-400 prescriptions per day, requiring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position utilizes Enterprise RX software; training will be provided, so prior experience with this system is not mandatory.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License (required)
Minimum of 1+ years recent pharmacy technician experience in retail (2+ years preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
