Operations Associate

Summary Supports store operations and helps deliver an exemplary customer experience. The role includes shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office, inventory, and administrative duties. Responsibilities Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate invoice approvals. Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation, and efficient store processes. Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and execute cash office procedures accurately. Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services. Requirements At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems. Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
