Job Title: Stacking / Production Worker

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Environment: Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility

Seeking dependable production workers to support the manufacturing of specialty piezoelectric components used in medical and defense applications. This is a highly repetitive production role focused on inspecting parts, stacking products on trays, packaging materials, and maintaining quality standards in a clean work environment.

• Inspect parts coming off production equipment for defects
• Stack and package components according to specifications
• Perform general production and assembly duties
• Support basic machine operation tasks
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience
• Quality inspection experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive work with strong attention to detail
• Experience handling small parts/components
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Cleanroom experience
• Packing/shipping experience
• Medical device or defense manufacturing background
• Cross-training flexibility

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellefonte, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
