Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Insurance Billing Specialist to perform advanced follow-up on payments, verify insurance data, and expedite patient payments for physician services in a remote US role. You will submit claims via Epic, review accounts for accuracy, make collection calls to payers and patients, and support QA targets while training new staff.
