About the Role

The Closing Specialist is the engine behind every successful transaction. From the moment a file is opened through the delivery of final documents, youll coordinate the moving parts agents, lenders, notaries, and customers to ensure each closing is seamless, accurate, and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail directly translates into client satisfaction, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

• Manage real estate closing transactions end-to-end, from initial scheduling through final document delivery
• Partner with lenders, agents, and closing teams to gather required documentation and resolve outstanding conditions
• Coordinate settlement dates, times, and locations across all parties
• Review closing documents for completeness and accuracy in accordance with state-specific requirements
• Maintain and continuously update our national notary network
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and agents, resolving issues with professionalism and care
• Handle inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and fax channels
• Uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 13 months of related experience or training; prior customer service experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of computer software, Microsoft Office, and standard internet applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including polished phone etiquette
• Exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through
• A detail-oriented mindset paired with sound critical thinking
• Adaptability in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• A team-first attitude and genuine respect for colleagues and clients alike

Work Environment

This is an on-site position at our Pompano Beach office. The role involves repetitive keyboard use, sitting, bending, squatting, and simple grasping.
