The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title:Cutover Project Manager - MAKELocation:New Brunswick, New Jersey (Remote work available)Pay Range:$75.00What's the Job?Develop and execute comprehensive cutover strategies and detailed plans to ensure seamless transition during large-scale deployment initiatives. Coordinate site readiness activities across manufacturing and supply chain environments, ensuring all teams are prepared for transition. Lead cross-functional teams through planning, readiness assessments, and execution phases, managing dependencies and risks effectively. Oversee day-to-day cutover activities, tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Facilitate readiness reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.What's Needed?Proven experience leading complex transformation, deployment, or cutover initiatives within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments. Strong background in developing and managing project/cutover plans, readiness assessments, and executive communications. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks under pressure.
