Front Desk Receptionist 
Location: Nashua
Pay: $20hr
Description: A growing healthcare practice in the Greater Nashua area is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join its team. This individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy healthcare office.

 

Schedule : 

Monday - 9am - 7pm 
Tuesday 9am - 8pm
Weds 9am - 6pm
Thursday 1pm - 8pm
Friday - OFF

 

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with paperwork and office procedures
• Coordinate patient flow and provider schedules
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
• Support patient engagement and education initiatives

• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Desire to learn and grow within a healthcare setting
• Evening availability required
• Previous healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing experience helpful but not required

 

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
